摘 要:我国政府从土地、金融、税收等方面对房地产市场进行了宏观调控。但是,从近年来我国房价逐年上涨的现象可以看出,我国政府的宏观调控还有许多问题需要解决。其根本原因就是因为政府的宏观调控政策缺乏相应的经济法律制度依据。因此,有必要对我国房地产业宏观调控的经济法规制进行研究,并从规制的必要性为切入点,通过对规制的现状分析得出存在的问题,进而针对性地提出完善途径,以期能够推进我国房地产业宏观调控的法治化进程,从而实现我国房地产业的持续健康发展。The phenomenon of market malfunction has happened in China ’ s real estate market , and governments have adapted macro-economic control to it .However , Chinese governments ’ macro-economic control have some problems ,which can be seen from the phenomenon of rising price in China ’ s real estate market in recent years .The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is that governments ’ macro-economic control policies lack corresponding economic legal system .The effects of policies are naturally far from satisfactory ,when there is no legal protection and regulation .Therefore ,it is necessary to study macro -economic control of China ’ s real estate ,hoping to promote the process of legislation of macro -economic control of China ’ s real estate ,and achieve sustainable and healthy devel-opment of China ’ s real estate industry .
