摘 要:目的通过比较消渴丸中药组分与消渴丸、消渴丸化药组分(格列本脲)对GK大鼠(自发性2型糖尿病大鼠)血脂、胰岛素和胰腺的影响,探索消渴丸中药组分的作用。方法消渴丸中药组分、消渴丸、格列本脲连续给药24周后测定并比较GK大鼠血清胰岛素和血脂的含量;观察胰腺的组织形态学变化。结果消渴丸高剂量组GK大鼠高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量均明显降低,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消渴丸中剂量组LDL-C含量明显降低,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消渴丸中药组分高剂量组能明显降低LDL-C的含量,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消渴丸中药组分和消渴丸能使GK大鼠胰岛细胞形态更规则,边缘更清晰。结论消渴丸中药组分在消渴丸处方中的作用可能与保护胰岛、调节脂肪代谢紊乱有关。Objective To explore the effects of ingredients of Xiaoke Wan by comparing the impacts on blood lipid,insulin and pancreas among the ingredients of Xiaoke Wan,Xiaoke Wan and the chemical component of Xiaoke Wan(Glibenclamide)in GK rats(spontaneous T2DM).Methods After continuous medication of ingredients of Xiaoke Wan,Xiaoke Wan and Glibenclamide for 24 weeks,the levels of serum insulin and blood lipid were determined and compared in GK rats.The histomorphological changes of pancre-as were observed.Results In the Xiaoke Wan high-dose group,HDL-C and LDL-C were apparently re-duced in GK rats,indicating the significant difference as compared with the model group(P〈0.05 ).In the high-dose group of ingredients of Xiaoke Wan,LDL-C was apparently reduced,indicating the significant difference as compared with the model group(P〈0.05).The islet cell morphology got more regular with the ingredients of Xiaoke Wan,Xiaoke Wan and the cell margin was much clearer.Conclusion The functions of the ingredients in Xiaoke Wan formula are possibly related to insulin protection and regulation of fat metabol-ic disturbance.
