多囊卵巢综合征的固肾育胎生态疗法疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察固肾育胎生态疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选择多囊卵巢综合征经体质评估后评估为气郁质或兼有痰湿质/湿热质患者64例,随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组予固肾育胎生态疗法结合中药促孕方3号口服、西药克罗米芬促排卵治疗;对照组予中药促孕方3号口服、西药克罗米芬促排卵治疗。用药3个月经周期,停药观察3个月经周期。结果治疗组治愈率84.4%(27/32),妊娠率75%(24/32);对照组治愈率62.5%(20/32),妊娠率50.0%(16/32),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固肾育胎生态疗法能有效调和患者体质,提高妊娠率,且能缩短治疗周期。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）treated with ecological therapy for strengthening kidney and cultivating fetus.Methods Sixty-four patients of P-COS and evaluated as qi stagnation constitution or combined with phlegm damp constitution/damp heat con-stitution were randomized into a treatment group（32 cases）and a control group（32 cases）.In the treatment group,the ecological therapy for strengthening kidney and cultivating fetus was used,combined with cuyun fang sanhao for oral administration and clomiphene for promoting ovulation.In the control group,cuyun fang sanhao for oral administration and clomiphene for promoting ovulation were prescribed.Medication lasted for 3 menstrual cycles.The observation lasted for the other 3 menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal.Results In the treatment group,the curative rate was 84.4%（27/32）and pregnancy rate was 75%（24/32）.In the con-trol group,the curative rate was 62.5%（20/32）and pregnancy rate was 50.0%（1 6/32）.The differences were significant in comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The ecological therapy for strengthening kidney and cultivating fetus effectively regulates patient＇s constitution,improves pregnancy rate and shortens the treatment period.
