补肾生发方联合非那雄胺治疗脂溢性脱发临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察补肾生发方联合非那雄胺治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法将127例患者随机分为两组,治疗组63例给予补肾生发方联合非那雄胺片治疗,对照组64例给予六味地黄丸和非那雄胺片治疗。结果治疗组显著改善13例,中度改善19例,轻度改善27例,无变化4例,总有效率93.65%;对照组显著改善9例,中度改善12例,轻度改善24例,无变化19例,总有效率70.31%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对治疗前后两组头发油腻程度、头皮屑数量以及头痒等伴随症状改善情况进行比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾生发方联合非那雄胺治疗脂溢性脱发在临床疗效及伴随症状改善方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on alopecia seborrhoeica treated with bushen shengfa formula and finasteride.Methods One hundred and twenty seven patients were randomized into two groups.In a treatment group,63 cases were treated with bushen shengfa formula and finasteride.In a control group,64 cases were treated with liuwei dihuang wan and finasteride.Results In the treatment group,1 3 ca-ses were improved significantly,1 9 cases improved moderately,27 cases improved mildly,4 cases no change;the total effective rate was 93.65%.In the control group,9 cases were improved significantly,1 2 cases im-proved moderately,24 cases improved mildly,1 9 cases no change;the total effective rate was 70.31%.The difference in the total effective rate was significant in comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The im-provements in the associated symptoms such as greasy hair,dandruff and scalp itching in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen shengfa formula and finasteride achieve the apparent clinical efficacy on alopecia seborrhoeica and the improvements in the associated symptoms as compared with the control group,indicating the significant statistical differences.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
