王氏清暑益气汤现代临床应用研究综述

摘　　要：王氏清暑益气汤出自清代著名温病学家王孟英的《温热经纬》。王氏清暑益气汤既能清热解暑,益气养阴,又能宽胸通气。现代临床扩大了其使用范围,不仅能治疗夏季暑热炽盛、气津两伤证,还能治疗消化、呼吸、循环、神经系统等多方面的疾病,如治疗夏季热、夏季哮喘、中暑合并多器官功能障碍、小儿厌食症、慢性肾脏病、干燥综合征等,临床症状只要符合阳热炽盛、气阴两亏的病机,皆可酌情加减使用,并不局限于夏季暑令当时或患暑热病证,是一张扶正祛邪、标本兼治的方剂。实验证明,清暑益气汤还能有效对抗内毒素血症的发生。应用王氏清暑益气汤时亦应顺应治病和养生的自然法则。Wangshi Qingshu Yiqi Tang is from Compendium on Epidemic Febrile Disease,written by Wang Mengying,the famous medical master of epidemic febrile disease in the Qing Dynasty.This formula acts on clearing away heat and summer heat,benefiting qi,nourishing yin,relaxing the chest and opening qi pas-sage.The modern clinical practice has widened its indications,nor only for the syndromes of excessive sum-mer heat and injury of qi and body fluid in summer,but also for the diseases in digestive,respiratory,circula-tory and nerve systems,such as fever,asthma and sun stroke in summer,combined with dysfunction of or-gans,infantile anorexia,chronic renal disorder and sicca syndrome.This formula is modified according to clin-ical symptoms in compliance with excessive yang and heat and deficiency of qi and yin,not only for the disor-ders in summer or febrile disease.It is the formula for strengthening antipathogenic qi,eliminating pathogenic factors and simultaneously treating the primary and the secondary.The experiments prove that Qingshu Yiqi Tang effectively resists endoxemia.Additionally,the natural rule for disease treatment and health preservation should be considered together.
