摘 要:目的通过磁敏感加权成像(SWI)评估正常人脑深部核团铁沉积在校正相位图上的相位位移值,探讨人脑深部核团铁沉积与年龄的相关性。方法前瞻性收集70例在本院行头颅MRI检查的健康志愿者,男38例,女32例,年龄21~75岁,按其年龄段分为五组。A组:21~30岁,B组:31~40岁,C组:41~50岁,D组:51~60岁,E组:≥61岁。所有受检者均行MRI常规序列及SWI序列扫描,在SWI扫描所得的校正相位图上测量黑质致密带、黑质网状带、红核、苍白球、壳核、尾状核头和额叶白质的校正相位位移值,分析相位位移值与年龄的关系。结果各年龄组黑质致密带、黑质网状带、苍白球、红核、壳核、尾状核头和额叶白质的相位位移值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过SWI无创评价正常人脑深部核团铁沉积的相位值,认为正常人脑深部核团铁沉积与年龄无相关性。Objective To evaluate the iron deposition in deep brain gray nucleus in healthy population and its correlation with age using susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI) with 3.0 Tesla scanner. Methods 70 healthy subjects were scanned with a 3.0 T Siemens Trio Tim scanner(38 male, 32 female, age 21 to 75). The subjects were divided into 5 groups according to their age: Group A(age 21- 30), Group B(age 31- 40), Group C(age 41- 50), Group D(age 51- 60) and Group E(age〉60). All subjects were scanned with both conventional and SWI sequences. In the corrected phase images, the phase in the substantia nigra zona compact,substantia nigra zona reticulate, red nucleus, globus pallidus, putamen, caudate nucleus and frontal white matter were measured and the correlations between the phase shift and age were evaluated. Results None of the corrected phase shift in the substantia nigra zona compact,substantia nigra zona reticulate, red nucleus, globus pallidus, putamen, caudate nucleus or frontal white matter showed significant correlation with age(substantia nigra compact P = 0.916, substantia nigra reticulate P = 0.468, globus pallidus P = 0.683, putamen P = 0.306, red nucleus P = 0.383, caudate P = 0.482, frontal white P = 0.668). Conclusion Using the non-invasive SWI method, we found no significant correlation between the iron deposition in deep brain gray nucleus and age in health population.
