产业结构视角下的固定资产投资效率——基于沈阳市的实证分析

摘　　要：利用ICOR等指标对沈阳市三次产业的投资效果进行了分析,发现沈阳市投资效率较低。认为从产业结构的视角来看,造成这一现象的原因在于产业结构的不协调:第一产业投资较为薄弱;第三产业虽然占用了大量投资,但投资效率却很低;第二产业的投资效率虽高于第三产业,但仍然无法掩饰投资的低效率。最后,从优化投资产业结构的角度提出了建议。Investment promotes economy＇s growth of a country or region, and investment efficiency determines the speed of a country＇s or region＇s economic growth. The analysis of ICOR index and other indicators indicated that sinceShenyang＇s investment efficiency is not high enough. In the perspective of industrial structure, the reason for this phenomenon is that the industrial structure is inharmonious. Specifically, the investment on the primary industry is weak; the investment efficiency of the service industry is low but takes up a large amount of capital; the investment efficiency of the secondary industry is higher than the service industry but is still inefficient. In order to improve Shenyang＇s investment efficiency, suggestions are proposed through optimizing investment structure.
