摘 要:空气载能辐射空调系统作为1种新型的辐射空调形式,相比传统平板式顶板辐射空调在解决结露问题上具有一定优势。本文通过数值模拟的方法,对影响孔板表面结露的3个重要因素进行研究,分别是孔板开孔率、送风速度以及送风温度。模拟结果表明,送风风速及开孔率大小影响缓冲蓄能区的气流分布及进入空调区的风量以及结露区域;孔板表面结露临界温度与送风风速、送风温度及开孔率呈现一定的规律变化。通过孔板的空气与周围的室内空气混合,在孔板表面附近形成相对湿度较低的空气层,在一定程度上有利于防止结露的发生。由模拟结果可知,空气载能辐射空调系统相比传统辐射空调系统,防结露效果显著,末端露点温度更低,适用的地区范围更广。Air-carrying energy radiation air-conditioning system as a new form of radiation air-conditioning, compared with the traditional flat roof radiation air conditioning has certain advantages in solving the problem of condensation. Through numerical simulation, research on the three important factors that influence the condensation on plate surface is performed, which are the orifice coefficient, air speed and air temperature, respectively. The simulation results show that, the supply air velocity and the rate of pore size affect the air flow distribution in the buffering zone, the volume of air entering the air-conditioning zone and the dew condensation area on the plate surface, respectively; critical temperature shows a regular change with the air velocity, air temperature and pore rate. The air through the hole plate mixes with room air, forming a layer of air with relatively low humidity in the vicinity of the pore plate surface, which is, to a certain extent, conducive to prevent condensation. From the simulation results, it can be seen that anti-condensation effect of the air-carrying energy radiation air-conditioning system is more remarkable compared with the traditional radiation air-conditioning system, with lower end dew point temperature, and it has a wider application scope.
