摘 要:介绍了冷热电三联供系统的形式与特点,针对写字楼的用能特性提出了微燃机冷热电联产技术应用于写字楼的系统设计流程以及系统设备选型与系统调节的方法。以山东省济南市某写字楼应用的微燃机冷热电联产系统为例,测算了该系统的节能效果及系统的经济性。研究结果表明:1)当70.0%≤χ≤76.3%时,为最佳冷负荷比,微燃机发出的电能够满足写字楼的用电需求,此时直燃机利用余热产生的冷量能满足写字楼基础负荷,大部分时间内系统运行能源利用率高,当写字楼处于峰值负荷时可以开启直燃机补燃设备,满足冷负荷要求,系统设计简单,当76.3%<χ<100%或者当57.2%≤χ<70.0%时均可以增加复合系统使微燃机达到最佳出力点;2)济南市某写字楼的应用实例表明,相比于冷水机组+集中供热+市政电网分供能源系统,微燃机冷热电三联供系统夏季节能率达10.3%,冬季节能率达27.5%;3)微燃机机组价格较高造成冷热电三联供系统初投资高于原有能源系统,按照目前的燃气价格与电力价格,微燃机冷热电三联供系统经济回收期高达15a,寿命周期费用为1 191.3元/(m2·a),经济性较差。应根据燃气、电力市场条件决定是否在写字楼中应用微燃机冷热电三联供系统。This paper introduces the forms and characteristics of Combined Cooling, Heating &Power system and proposes system design process, equipment selection method and system regulation when CCHP based on Micro - turbine apply to office building. The paper estimates energy conservation and economic benefits of an office building located in Jinan city, Shandong province after using CCHP based on Micro-turbine. The results show that: 1 ) System energy efficiency is maximum when the cooling load ratio X is between 70% and 76.3%. In that case, electricity generated by Micro-turbine can meet the office demand while the waste heat can supply base load to building. Staff can open supplementary combustion equipment when the office is in peak cooling load. The system design is simple. When the cooling load ratio ~ is between 76.3% and 100% or 57.2% and 70% , composite system is necessary to ensure optimum output; 2) The calculation example shows that CCHP based on Micro- turbine can save energy 10.3% in summer and 27.5% in winter compared to independent energy systems of cooling, heating &power; 3 ) The economy profits of entire system is poor according to the current price of electricity and gas because the investment of Micro-turbine is high. The economic payback and life cycle cost is 15 years and 1 191.3 yuan / (m2 o a) respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to take market conditions of gas and electricity into consideration when applying CCHP based on Micro -turbine to office building.
