五倍苦参鲜皮汤治疗急性、亚急性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五倍苦参鲜皮汤治疗急性、亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将明确诊断的急性、亚急性湿疹患者100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组采用口服五倍苦参鲜皮汤治疗,并根据皮肤渗出情况分别外用皮炎洗剂或硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏治疗;对照组口服氯雷他定口腔崩解片治疗,其余均与治疗组相同;两组均以4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈25例,显效21例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率与愈显率分别为98.0%和92.0%;对照组痊愈10例,显效10例,有效16例,无效14例,总有效率与愈显率分别为72.0%和40.0%,两组总有效率与愈显率分别比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论:五倍苦参鲜皮汤治疗急性、亚急性湿疹的临床疗效优于口服氯雷他定口腔崩解片。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of wubei kushen xianpi decoction on acute and subacute eczema. Method： The 100 patients, definitively diagnosed as acute or subacute eczema, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases of each group. The treatment group was orally treated with wubei kushen xianpi decoction, and in accordance with the exudation of skin respectively externally with dermatitis lotions or compound boric acid and zinc oxide ointments;while the control group was orally treated with loratadine orally disintegrating tablets, the rest was same with treatment group ; the two groups took all four weeks as a course of treatment, after two consecutive courses were evaluated. Results： In treatment group, 25 cases were cured, 21 cases markedly effective, 3 cases effective, one case ineffective, the total efficiency and markedly effective rate were 98.0% and 92.0% respectively ;while in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 16 cases effective, 14 cases ineffective, the total efficiency and markedly effective rate were 72. 0% and 40. 0% respectively. The total effective rates and markedly effective rates of 2 groups were compared respectively, and had relatively significant differences （ all P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions ： The clinical efficacy of wubei kushen xianpi decoction on treatment for acute, subacute eczema is better than oral loratadine orally disintegrating tablets.
