开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：基于土地集约利用的内涵,针对现行开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系中存在的问题,提出了修改建议.新指标体系由5个目标、10个子目标、30个具体指标构成.30个指标中,有23个指标是针对所有开发区提出的,另外7个指标是针对不同类型开发区设置的选择性指标.以湖南沅江高新技术产业园区为例进行的案例分析表明,利用新指标体系得到的评价结果更加客观真实.On the base of the connotation of intensive land use , and as for the current problems existing in the evaluation index system of intensive land use , some suggestions for revision were put forward in the paper .The new index system was composed of 5 goals, 10 subgoals and 30 indexes.In these 30 indicators, 23 indicators were pro-posed for all of the development zone , the other 7 indicators for the selective index set by different types of develop-ment zones .The case study of Hunan Yuanjiang Hi-tech Industrial Park shows that the evaluation result received by adopting new index system is more objective and actual .
