摘  要:为了获得缓蚀性能优异的新型表面活性剂,以3种对氨基苯甲酸席夫碱和聚乙二醇月桂酸单酯为原料,合成了3种聚乙二醇月桂酸单酯席夫碱基表面活性剂。利用极化曲线、交流阻抗研究了3种表面活性剂对碳钢在模拟油田水中的的缓蚀性能;利用分子动力学模拟方法对其在Fe(110)表面的吸附行为进行研究,深入探讨其缓蚀机理。结果表明:3种表面活性剂缓蚀性能较好,20℃,100 mg/L时缓蚀率均达80%以上;3种表面活性剂均以其分子结构中的席夫碱基先与Fe表面靠近,分子动力学模拟得出的3种表面活性剂缓蚀性能排序与电化学研究的结果相吻合。Three kinds of polyethylene glycol mono- laurate Schiff base surfactants were synthesized with three kinds of p-aminobenzoic acid Schiff base and polyethylene glycol mono-laurate as the raw materials.The corrosion inhibition performance of as-synthesized surfactants for carbon steel in simulated oilfield water was evaluated based on the measurements of polarization curves and alternating current electrochemical impedance spectra.The adsorption behavior of the three kinds of surfactants on the surface of Fe(110) was examined by using molecular dynamics simulation method.and their corrosion inhibition mechanisms were discussed as well.Results showed that poly-ethylene glycol mono- laurate Schiff base surfactants exhibited good corrosion inhibition performance,and their corrosion inhibition efficiency at 20℃ and 100 mg/L amounts was up to 80%.The corrosion inhibition mechanisms of the three kinds of surfactants were closely related to the adsorption of the Schiff bases on Fe surface;and their rank of corrosion inhibition capacity calculated from the molecular dynamics simulation well conformed to that determined by electrochemical testing.
