欠发达地区政府信息资源共享模式研究

摘　　要：信息需求主体的需要动力、政府提高行政能力的推动动力和经济发展阶段的客观动力,是推动欠发达地区政府信息资源共享的动力诱因。在对政府信息资源共享模式进行分析的基础上认为欠发达地区政府信息资源共享的目标模式应包括顺畅的运行机制、统一的技术平台、优化的办公流程、完备的增值服务与专业的外包服务。The needs of information demanders,the government＇s driving force of improving the administrative ability,the stages of economic development are the main power incentives to push the open- ing and sharing of government information resources of underdevelopment areas. Based on the analysis of the government information resources ing and sharing sharing mode, we thought that the target mode about the open- of government information resources of underdevelopment areas should includ- ing ： smooth operation mechanism,unified technology platform,optimized office process,complete val- ue-added services and professional outsourcing services.
