摘　　要：目的了解鹤壁市常规免疫接种现状,并与接种率调查结果进行对比,评价2012年常规免疫接种率监测系统。方法按照《全国常规免疫接种率监测方案》规定的评价方法,分析鹤壁市2012年的常规免疫接种率报告结果,同时进行接种率调查,评价常规免疫接种率报告的可信度。结果鹤壁市2012年常规免疫接种率报告的完整性、及时率均为100%,基础免疫（初种）的报告接种率为99.74%~100%;基础免疫（初种）的估算接种率为98.34%~98.60%。结论鹤壁市2012年常规免疫报告接种率维持在较高水平,与同期调查接种率相比无明显差异,表明常规免疫接种率报告质量较好。Objective To determine the status of routine immunization in Hebi city compared with survey results of immunization coverage, and to evaluate the routine immunization coverage monitoring system in place in 2012. Method In accordance with evaluation method in the National Immunization Coverage Monitoring Program, we analyzed reported routine immunization coverage of Hebi city in 2012. During this time, we conducted an immunization coverage survey to evaluate the credibility of the routine immunization coverage report. Results Both the timeliness and the completion rates of the routine immunization coverage report were 100%. Reported primary immunization coverage was between 99. 74% and 100%, and the estimated primary immunization coverage was between 98. 34% and 98. 60%. Conclusion The reported routine immunization coverage of Hebi in 2012 was maintained at a high level. There were no significant differences compared with the survey that was conducted during the same period. The routine immunization coverage report is of good quality.
