摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,海洋经济越来越为世界各国所关注。辽宁省作为海洋资源大省,海洋开发利用较早,但区域海洋经济发展存在着明显的地区差异性,与全国比较竞争优势不明显。采用SSM法分析评价了辽宁省海洋产业结构特征,提出了有针对性的优化对策,以期为辽宁省制定海洋经济发展战略提供理论依据。With the development of the economy and the advancement of the society, marine economy came into notice of the whole world. Liaoning, boasting rich marine resources, began to exploit them very early, but there was an obvious innerregional differentiation in the level of marine economy development. Liaoning＇s marine economy couldn＇t distinguish itself from other region＇s by any comparative advantages. The authors analyzed the marine industrial structure in Liaoning Province by using the method of SSM, and some optimization measurements were suggested to provide some theoretical support for decision - makers to formulate Liaoning＇s development strategy of marine economy.
