小夹板结合外展支架治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小夹板结合外展支架治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效。方法:治疗组采用小夹板外固定结合外展支架治疗,对照组采用石膏托外固定。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小夹板外固定结合外展支架治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效满意。Objective： To observe the combined with small splint treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures abduction fl＇ame. Methods： the treatment group with small splint external fixation ＋ abduction frame, the control group using plaster external fixation. Results： the treatment group in the control group were better than the cureand effective number, there is difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： external fixation of small splint ＋ outreach stent in the treatment of the disease were satisfactory.
