中西药合用治疗原发性高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察杞菊地黄丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压肝肾阴虚型的临床疗效。方法:68例随机分为两组各34例,治疗组用杞菊地黄丸和苯磺酸氨氯地平,对照组单用苯磺酸氨氯地平,治疗1个月。结果:治疗组降压疗效优于对照组(χ2=4.005,P<0.05),治疗组证候疗效优于对照组(χ2=6.62,P<0.05)。结论:杞菊地黄丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压肝肾阴虚型疗效优于单用苯磺酸氨氯地平。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating liver-kidney yin-deficiency hypertension with the combination of lycium-rehmannia pill and ambodipine besylate tablets.Methods： 68 cases with liver-kidney yin-deficiency hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group （using of the combination of lycium-rehmannia pill and ambodipine besylate tablets） and control group （only using of the ambodipine besylate tablets）, 34 cases of patients in each group.After a month to observe the clinical effect comparison of two groups.Results ： Compared with the control group, the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that in control group （ X^2=4.005, P〈0.05 ） , and the clinical symptomatic effect of the treatment group was also better than that in control group （X^2=6.62, P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions： The lycium-rehmannia pill has good antihypertensive effect of treating liver-kidney yin-deficiency hypertension, and the clinical effect of treating liver-kidney yin-deficiency hypertension with the combination of lycium-rehmannia pill and ambodipine besylate tablets is better than that only with the ambodipine besylate tablets.
