益气养阴汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法:80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组用益气养阴汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,对照组只用羟苯磺酸钙治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组87.5%、对照组62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效比单用羟苯磺酸钙疗效好。Objective ： to observe the qi and nourishing Yin decoction combined hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods ： 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases in each.Qi decoction combined treatment group hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium treatment, control group using hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium treatment.Results： treatment group total effective rate was 87.5%.The control group total effective rate was 62.5%, the comparison between the two way difference （ P〈0.05 ） , with statistical significance. Conclusion： qi and nourishing Yin decoction combined hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium treatment the curative effect of diabetic retinopathy than just using hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium treatment curative effect is better.
