摘　　要：诺斯洛普·弗莱的预表思想与原型批评相混淆,带有循环论的特征,被视为一种思维模式与修辞手法。虽然偏离了正统的基督教释经学,否定了《旧约·圣经》的历史性,但弗莱的预表思想遵循了其一贯的总体批评观,拓展了《圣经》预表法的阐释维度,为诠释西方文学、文化和政治提供一种新的视角。Featured with the cyclical tendency, Northrop Frye＇ s typological thought is closely intertwined with the archetypal criticism and regarded as a mode of thought and of rhetoric. Although Frye＇ s typological thought has deviated away from the orthodoxical Christian exegetics and has leaded to the denial of the historicity of the Old Testament of Bible, it accords with his overarching view of criticism, has extended the interpretative scope of biblical typology, and provides a new perspective for interpreting Wes- tern literature, culture and politics.
