企业主导绿色施工技术创新网络组织模式的研究

摘　　要：绿色低碳发展已成为当前社会发展的主旋律,建筑施工企业应该把绿色施工技术应用能力和开发能力作为企业的核心竞争力之一。绿色施工技术创新采用何种组织结构对技术创新的成功与否具有重大影响。从组织的角度构建由目标、结点、联结和协议四项要素为基础的企业主导绿色施工技术创新网络组织模式,力求通过实现网络组织的需求引领、关系约定、制度设计、激励约束、文化管理以及边界治理等6项组织功能突破建筑企业技术创新的管理瓶颈,为建筑企业绿色施工技术创新管理提供新思路。Green, low-carbon development has become the main theme of social development,construction companies should put green construction technology and development capabilities as one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. What kind of organization structure on technology innovation and the success of the construction project have a significant impact on technology innovation. From the angle of organization, innovation network includes the target node,link,and protocol. This paper tries to overcome managerial bottleneck from six organizational function, such as need leading, Relationship Agreement,system design, incentive and restraint,culture management and boundary governance. This paper provides a new idea for the technology innovation management of construction enterprises.
