摘　　要：随着绿色理念的普及,建筑行业资源节约与环境保护观念逐渐受到重视,特别是对于基础设施建设项目绿色度的要求也变得越来越明晰。作为基础设施建设的重要组成部分之一——城市公园建设项目,其在绿色环保方面担任着愈发重要的角色。在政府强调基础设施建设绿色度的政策现状下,开展基础建设项目绿色度评价研究,不仅具有丰富绿色度研究理论体系的作用,而且也有十分重要的实践意义。文章详述了绿色项目的关键要素,采用模糊层次综合评价模型分析了大庆市森林公园建设项目的绿色度,结合项目的特征,建立了一套绿色度评价体系,并以本项目为例对该评价体系进行验证。With the spreading of green concept,resources saving and environment protecting have been valued gradually and greenness evaluation for infrastructure construction is necessary. As one of the most important parts of infrastructure construction, city park is taking an even more important position on environmental protection. Therefore, greenness evaluation for city park construction project plays an important role in enriching the greenness theory but also is significant in the practice field. The paper gives the key elements of green project and uses Fuzzy-AHP to analyze the greenness of city park construction project. A greenness evaluation system is built and tested by using this project as an example.
