摘　　要：探讨了PPP(Public-Private-Partnership)项目残值风险系统性影响因素的识别和应对措施问题。介绍了PPP项目残值和残值风险理论,指出系统性影响因素对PPP项目残值和残值风险管理的重要性。通过文献研读、案例总结识别出12个系统性影响因素风险指标,并对其进行了问卷调查。对问卷调查所得数据进行了效度和信度检验、描述性统计分析和因子分析,提取4个主成分因子。在此基础上提出了风险应对措施和风险管理意见。This article discusses the identification and management measures of systematic influencing factors of residual value risk for Public-Private-Partnership（PPP）Projects. Firstly,residual value and residual value risk（RVR）theory is introduced and the importance of systematic influencing factors to management of RVR is pointed out. Then,twelve systematic influencing factors is identified through literature review and cases study. After that,the questionnaire survey about these twelve factors is conducted. What’s more,the validity and reliability test,descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of the data collected from questionnaire survey are also processed and four main composition factors are extracted. Lastly,suggestions about risk response and risk management are put forward based on the results of questionnaire survey.
