用HPLC分析对胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐含量的研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定对胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐含量，采用反相C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm）；流动相醋酸盐缓冲液（pH=3.0）：乙腈=70：30（V/V），检测波长251 nm，流速0.5 mL/min。结果表明，对胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐在2～30μg/mL范围内线性关系良好，回收率为99.45%。方法准确、简单可行，重复性好，适用于对胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐工业化生产的质量控制。Using the methods of HPLC,the content of 4-guanidinobenzoic acid hydrochloride is determina-ted. HPLC method used for Kromasil sum C18 column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm）;mobile phase：acetate buffer （pH 3. 0）： acetonitrile 70：30（V/V）,detection wavelength 251 nm,flow rate 0. 5 mL/min. Results showed that the linear ranges of Mecarbinate was 2 ～30 μg/mL,the results of recovery experiment was 99. 45%. Thus the method is accurate,simple,stable and suitable for the quality controlling of Mecarbi-nate during the industrial producing process.
