摘  要:添加四氢呋喃(THF)作为促进剂进行沼气水合物的生成实验,考察了沼气水合物制备的影响因素,包括温度、压力、搅拌速率和装液量等,并对THF作添加剂时沼气水合物的储气量进行了讨论。结果表明,沼气水合物形成过程可分为气体溶解成核、快速水合生成和反应后期3个阶段,快速水合阶段消耗大量气体。一定范围内,温度越低、压力越高、搅拌强度越大,越有利于沼气水合物的快速生成和高效储气。装液量大,虽然总储气量增大,但单位储气量减少。添加THF可显著降低沼气水合物的制备压力,但在低压时的储气效果并不理想,单位储气量在40V/V以下。同时添加十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)有可能通过协同作用提高储气密度。Hydrate technology provides a new way for storage and transportation of bingas. Adding tetrahydrofuran (THF) as a promoter, the influence factors of blogas hydrate formation, including temperature, pressure, stirring rate and fluid volume, were investigated, and the storage capacity was discussed. The results showed that the formation process of bingas hydrate could be divided into three stages: nucleation, rapid hydration and later stage. A large amount of biogas was consumed during the second stage. In a certain range, the lower the temperature, the higher the pressure and the greater the stirring intensity were, the greater beneficial to the rapid formation of biogas hydrate and the effective gas storage. A bigger fluid volume could increase the total biogas storage, but the unit gas storage decreased. Adding THF could significantly reduce the formation pressure of biagas hydrate, but the storage capacity was not satisfied under the low pressures, which were below 40 V/V. Adding of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) at the same time with THF may improve the storage efficiency through synergistic effect.
