组建糖尿病俱乐部的做法和体会

摘　　要：目的探讨组建糖尿病俱乐部在糖尿病患者健康教育中应用的效果。方法将100例糖尿病患者随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者住院期间均接受系统的糖尿病教育。观察组要求出院后参加俱乐部活动,6个月后对两组患者的自我管理情况和疾病控制指标进行比较。结果观察组患者的自我管理情况和疾病控制指标显著优于对照组。结论组建糖尿病俱乐部是一种值得推广的糖尿病教育模式,有助于患者病情控制。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of forming diabetes club on diabetic patients＇ health education. METHODS 100 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into trial group and control group, each for 50 cases. Both groups accepted systematic diabetes education, but the trial groups were required to join the club after discharge, the self management and disease control indicators were compared between two groups after six months. RESULT The self management situation and disease control indexes in the trial group were significantly better than the control group. CONCLUSION Diabetes club was a worthy to be popularized education mode, which would help diabetic patients to control symptoms.
