摘　　要：精品视频公开课建设在满足高校服务社会需求、传承宣传文化职能,便于大家终身学习等方面的引领作用巨大。本文针对精品视频公开课建设,阐述了我国精品视频公开课建设的背景和内涵,讨论了教育教学通向网络化和国际化的进程中需要准备和强化的重要环节,分析了我国建设精品视频公开课的基本要素。通过教师良好的学术素养、较高的学术水平、严谨的教学组织、感染力强的授课风采和人格魅力,着力体现精品视频公开课程的思想性、科学性、生动性和新颖性,打造充满活力、富有效率、更加亲和的精品视频公开课程,不断完善和丰富教育的知识生产、传播、应用以及创新等功能,可持续地增强我国文化软实力和中华文化国际影响力。The aims to construct open elaborate video courses are focused on servicing society, inheriting culture and bringing about lifelong learning in whole society. In this paper, based on describing the background and significance of open elaborate video courses, it was discussed about the needed preparations and reinforced stages leading to the processes of the networking and internationalization of education and teaching. It was also analyzed the basic requirements to construct open elaborate video courses. Through the teacher＇s academic level, teaching organization, teaching style and personal charm, the ideology, scientificity, vitality and novelty of the course are reflected. This can ensure that quality teachings are vibrant, highly efficient and more affinity. It is of great help to consummate knowledge production, spread knowledge, innovate knowledge, sustainable enhance national cultural soft power and the international influence of Chinese culture.
