摘　　要：在创新驱动发展的背景下,开始出现政府创新管理这一概念,它是科技创新管理理论的延伸与拓展。本文在梳理政府创新管理理论内涵的基础上,分析了美国联邦政府在创新管理方面呈现的新趋势和特点,从而提炼出对我国政府创新管理的若干启示。Governmental innovation management appears under the innovation-driven development, and derives from science and technology innovation theory. The paper aims to understand the connotation of the concept, analyzes the trend and characteristics of American governmental innovation management, and then gives some inspiration and reference to that of Chinese.
