摘 要:设计一款屈曲板型准零刚度隔振器,该隔振器由竖直的橡胶垫和屈曲的弹簧钢板组合而成.为便于分析该隔振器的刚度特性,基于Abaqus软件分析和Matlab拟合给出力与位移的近似表达式.通过理论分析,给出该系统出现准零刚度时,竖直橡胶垫需满足的刚度条件.依据谐波平衡法研究了阻尼对系统动力学特性的影响,得到了系统的力传递率,并对其隔振性能进行了评估.结果表明,屈曲板型准零刚度隔振器能够显著提高低频段的隔振效率;在适当的阻尼情况下,该准零刚度隔振系统没有共振问题.This paper presented the prototype of a buckling plate vibration isolator with the propitious characteristic of quasi-zero stiffness (QZS). The isolator was devised by combining a rubber pad with a buckling steel plate. To facilitate the analysis of the characteristics of the QZS isolator, an approximate expression of force and displacement was formulated on the basis of Abaqus analysis and Matlab tool. Analytical result reveals the stiffness criterion of the supporting rubber for the QZS system. The force transmissibility of the vibration isolation systems was derived in the harmonic balance method (HB), and the effects of the damping were investigated for the performance evaluation of the systems. The results show that the QZS isolator can outperform the linear system in low frequency domain, and there is no involvement of resonance when damping is set properly.
