再生混凝土骨料剔选新技术初探

摘　　要：再生混凝土骨料的剔选及其质量是制约再生混凝土性能和应用的关键因素。发展一种快速高效、有助于获得高质量的再生混凝土骨料剔选方法具有重要的意义。在综述当前各种再生混凝土骨料剔选方法的基础上,指出微波辅助机械的再生混凝土骨料剔选是有前途的方法,进而指出了这一方法的原理、应用中的技术要点,需要进一步研究的问题。Beneficiation technology and quality of recycled concrete aggregate are the key factors to constrain properties and applications of recycled concrete.It is great meaningful to develop a fast and efficient method ,contributing to getting high-quality recycled concrete aggregates.The current variety of recycled concrete aggregate beneficiation methods are put forward.The microwave-assisted mechanical beneficiation of recycled concrete aggregate is point out as a promising approach.Then the principle of this method ,application of the technical points,problems needing further research are also presented.
