摘  要:目的调查广州市低保人群住院患者营养风险、营养不足发生率情况。方法采用定点连续抽样结果对2010年1月至2012年12月在广州市慈善医院外科、骨科、消化内科、神经内科、呼吸内科、心血管内科、肾内科7个专科新入院、符合NRS2002评定标准的513例住院患者进行营养筛查。结果 513例低保患者中,营养不足和营养风险的发生率分别为23.78%和52.63%;7个专科中肾内科患者的营养不足发生率最高,为41.07%;而神经内科患者的营养风险发生率最高,为74.00%。结论目前广州市低保人群总的营养不足及营养风险发生率仍较高,需引起重视。Objective To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk and malnutrition in hospitalized patients entitled to basic living allowances in Guangzhou. Methods 513 adult patients who met the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) in 7 departments (general surgery, orthopaedics, digestive medicine,neurology medicine,respiratory medicine,cardiovascular and nephrology departments) were enrolled from January 2010 to December 2012 by fix-point consecutive sampling. Results The overall prevalence of malnutrition was 23.78%and nutritional risk was 52.63%. Among the 7 departments, nephrology department had the highest prevalence of malnutrition as 41.07%, and neurology medicine department had the highest prevalence of nutritional risk as 74.00%. Conclusion A large proportion of low-income population in Guangzhou is at nutritional risk or malnutrition and it should be taken seriously.
