摘　　要：围产期窒息引起的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是一种复杂且严重的疾病,对新生儿的健康和生命构成很大的威胁。亚低温是治疗HIE最有前途的措施,本文就新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病亚低温治疗的神经保护机制及临床实施中的相关问题、不良反应等进行综述。Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） caused by perinatal asphyxia is a complex and serious disease, resulting in great threat to the health and life of newborns. Hypothermia is the most promising measures for the treatment of HIE. This essay tries to summarize the neuroprotective mechanism, the key points in practice, and the adverse reactions of the therapy.
