摘 要:基于HyperWorks平台,以数控铣床立柱的极限工况为条件,进行有限元分析,并在有限元分析的基础上提出立柱结构的拓扑优化方法,建立以应变能最小为目标,以体积分数、位移为约束的结构拓扑优化模型,运用该模型完成XK2423数控铣床立柱结构的拓扑优化设计,将优化后的立柱再次进行有限元分析验证。分析结果表明:改进后的立柱质量减少了4.5%,最大变形降低了16.1%,一阶固有频率提高了4.9%,满足设计指标要求。Making finite element analysis of the NC Milling machine according to the limit working condition with the software HyperWorks. Based on the result of the analysis,the topology optimization method of column structure is proposed. A topology optimization model with the objection of compliance,with the volume fraction and displacement for the constraints was established. The topology optimization design of the XK2423 NC Milling machine column was completed with this model. The finite element analysis is made again to analyze the optimized column structure for verification. The analysis results indicate that the mass of the improved column is decreased by 4. 5%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 16. 1%,the first order frequency is increased by 4. 9%,which meet the design requirements.
