摘  要:介绍了一种3T1R型数控机床的机构运动精度可靠性建模分析方法。通过分析TGK46100数控机床的基本结构,利用齐次坐标变换法建立了机构的运动数学模型,分析影响数控机床机构运动可靠性的误差因素,基于多体系统理论建立了机构的运动误差模型,考虑机构动力源驱动误差为随机变量,参照应力-强度干涉模型,构建了系统机构运动精度可靠性计算模型,算例分析验证了该方法的可行性,为该类型数控机床的运动精度设计和结构优化提供了理论依据。The analysis method of kinematic accuracy reliability for a 3T1 R NC machine was introduced.Through the basic structural analysis of TGK46100 NC machine,kinematic math model was built by homogeneous transformation method,and kinematic error model was built based on multi-body system theory by analyzing error sources of kinematic accuracy reliability in NC machine. With reference to stress-strength interference model,the mechanism driving error could be considered as variable to deduce the calculated model of kinematic accuracy reliability. The analysis of example shows that the method is reasonable for analysis of mechanism kinematic accuracy reliability,and theory basis is provided for the kinematic accuracy design and structure optimization of same NC machines.
