摘 要:在数控磨床整机系统的可靠性评价过程中,最重要的评价指标是平均故障间隔时间,即MTBF值。计算MTBF值之前最重要的工作是对可靠性数据进行统计处理,判定分布类型,估计分布参数,从而确定故障间隔时间的概率分布。可靠性数据分析经常采用的分布类型有威布尔分布、指数分布、正态分布和指数正态分布,目前计算中都是直接根据拟合情况人为地选定分布类型,这样使分布模型决策带有主观性。针对上述情况,运用灰关联度分析法,计算各分布的灰关联度值,最后根据定量计算的结果选定故障间隔时间的分布类型。文章以MKS系列数控磨床为实例,说明了灰色关联度分析的具体方法。In the process of reliability evaluation about nc grinding machine system,the most important evaluation index is the average time between failures,namely the MTBF. To statistic and analysis reliability data,determine the distribution type and estimate distribution parameters are the most important tasks before Calculating MTBF value. And then we can determine the probability distribution of time between failures.Analysis of reliability data has often adopt the distribution type of weibulldistribution,exponential distribution,normal distribution and the index of normal distribution. At present,we are often directly selected distribution type according to the the fitting results. So the decision of distribution model is subjective. Based on the above situation,wecalculatedgrey correlation degree of every distribution typeusing grey relational analysis method in the paper. Finally,we select appropriate distribution type according tothe results of the quantitative calculation. Based on the MKS CNC grinding machine as an example,the paper illustrates the concrete methods of grey correlation degree analysis.
