摘 要:为使生产多品种小批量的混流装配线高效运作,研究了混流装配线的排序问题。首先建立以产品变化率、超载时间和总切换时间最小化为优化目标的数学模型。其次用该模型在离散系统仿真软件Plant Simulation平台上对生产过程进行仿真,并结合总加工时间最小化目标,采用遗传算法求解混流装配线的排序问题得到一组满意解;最后从装配线平衡角度,针对遗传算法得到的一组较优解进行分析,得到满足目标的最优解。通过实例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。To realize an efficient operation of mixed model assembly lines in the mode of Multi-varieties and Small-batch production,mixed sequencing problem was studied. Firstly,a mathematical model was provided considered three important objectives,such as minimizing change rate of part usage,total utility work and total setup time. Then the software Plant Simulation was used to simulate the production process,and genetic algorithm was applied to get the satisfied production sequence considering the goal of minimizing process time. Finally,in the view of assembly line balancing,the simulation analysis was carried out based on the group of satisfactory solutions proposed by the genetic algorithm,and the optimal solution was defined. An example was given to confirm that this approach was effective.
