摘  要:对某铅锌矿选厂一段磨矿及铅硫混合粗精矿再磨产品进行了工艺矿物学研究,查明了磨矿产品中铅、锌矿物的单体解离度及矿物连生关系。一段磨矿产品中闪锌矿解离度90.40%,方铅矿解离度74.72%;铅硫混合粗精矿再磨产品中闪锌矿解离度69.69%,方铅矿解离度75.45%。通过磨矿产品的矿物解离度研究,表明该铅锌矿选厂可通过改善磨矿粒度提高选矿指标。The process mineralogy study was done on primary grinding product and the reground bulk rough concentrate of lead and sulfur in a lead and zinc ore dressing plant,which found out the liberation degree of the lead and zinc minerals in the grinding products,as well as the intergrowth relationship among the minerals.In the primary grinding mineral products,the liberation degree of sphalerite is 90.40%,The liberation degree of galena is 74.72% ; In the regrinding bulk rough concentrate of lead and sulfur,the liberation degree of sphalerite is 69.69%,the liberation degree of galena is 75.45%.The separation target of this lead and zinc dressing plant can be increased through improvement of grinding size according to the study.
