用充填式浮选柱处理某锌矿石的试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了充填式浮选柱的结构及工作原理,采用充填式浮选柱处理某锌矿石时,与机械搅拌式浮选机相比具有分选效果好、富集比高、工艺流程简单等优点,经一粗一精一扫的小型闭路试验可获得锌精矿锌品位48.14%、锌回收率94.59%的良好指标。The structure and working principle of packed flotation column is introduced.Compared with mechanical flotation cell,the flotation of a zinc ore by packed flotation column has the following advantages：good separation effect,high concentration ratio,simple process flow and so on.The closed circuit bench test with one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging showed that good indicators of the concentrate of 48.14％ zinc grade with 94.59％ zinc recovery can be achieved.
