摘  要:粗精矿中钨锡分离试生产,由于试料密度大,在浮选分离生产过程中,存在以下问题:一是分级设备选型不配套,二是设备参数及药剂制度组合不合理,三是工艺流程不适应。针对存在问题,对工艺设备及流程进行较大的改造。改造后锡精矿回收率提高10.47个百分点,钨精矿回收率提高9.10个百分点。The flotation separation production process in tbe preproduction of tungsten and tin separation from rough concentrate had the following problems due to high density of the sample:first,the classification equipment selection is not matched ; second,the combination of equipment parameters and the agent regime is unreasonable ; third,the process flow is unsuitable.Then the process equipment and flow were improved significantly.The recovery of tin concentrate increased 10.47 percentage point,the recovery of tungsten concentrate increased 9.10 percentage point after improvement.
