摘  要:铅阳极泥是一种富含多种稀贵金属的有价物料,目前处理方法纷杂且存在金属回收率低、污染大、成本高等缺点。我们研发的铅阳极泥综合回收新技术,采用双湿法加还原熔炼的方法,极大的弥补了上述不足,使回收率达到Au98.3%、Ag99.5%、Cu92.7%、Pt+Pb88.1%,综合回收效果极大提高且有利于环保,目前中试试验已取得成功并被一些中小企业利用。Lead anode slime is a kind of valuable material,which is rich of various precious metals,the current processing methods are various and with the disadvantages of low metal recovery rate,big pollution,high costs and so on.We have developed a new technology for comprehensive recovery of metals from lead anode slime,which use double wet process and reduction smelting method to cover the above mentioned shortages tremendously,so the recovery rate can be reached as Au 98.3 %,Ag 99.5 %,Cu 92.7%,Pt + Pb 88.1%,so that the comprehensive recovery effect is improved greatly,and the technology is beneficial to environmental protection,at present,pilot scale test is successful and become available to small and medium-sized enterprises.
