摘　　要：介绍了南繁基地建设对保障国家种业安全、促进粮食增产的重要意义,即南繁基地建设不仅是国家的发展战略,同时也是海南建设国际旅游岛的重要内容。描述了南繁基地建设总体规划雏形及战略蓝图及其发展方向。The construction of Nanfan base is of great significance for protecting national seed industry and stimulating food production. Promoting the construction of Nanfan base is not only part of the national development strategy, but also a crucial component of Hainan＇s endeavor to become an International Tourism Island. With these new opportunities, all researchers participating in the Nanfan base project should pay greater attention to and play more active roles in the great Nanfan development.
