摘　　要：通过织篢农场一线割胶工用工现状分析,提出了扩岗增效、发展自营经济、改善生产生活条件等解决用工短缺难题的对策。Through the analysis of employment situation for first-line tapping workers at Zhinong farm in Guangdong province, the countermeasures such as expanding the jobs to increase work efficiency, developing self-supporting economy and improving production and living conditions to solve the problem of employment shortage were proposed.
