摘　　要：简要介绍农业科研院所科技开发的内容和模式,针对中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所科技开发中存在的问题提出解决对策,并从创建自有品牌、加强对市场信息的关注、重视和鼓励科技创新、注意科技开发产品的市场准入要求等4个方面提出建议。The content and model of the science and technology development work in agricultural research institute were introduced. According to the problem of the science and technology development in Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences（TRGRI）, the resolved methods were proposed. In addition, the establishment of private brand; attention to marketing information and contacting with the market closely; encouragement and attachment importance to science and technology innovation; notice to the market access of science and technology products on four aspects of giving suggestions for TRGRI.
