摘  要:针对飞机高温钢部件绝缘的需求,制备了一种有机硅耐高温绝缘涂料。研究了有机硅树脂、颜填料和助剂的选择与配比对涂料性能的影响,并确定了涂料的最佳配方。涂料性能测试结果表明,涂层的耐温性达700℃,绝缘电阻大于500 MΩ,且综合性能良好。该涂料已在飞机部件上实际应用十多年,效果良好。A silicone high temperature resistant insulating coatings was prepared for steel components of aeroplane. The effects of selection and proportion of silicone resin,pigments,fillers and additives on the coatings performance were studied. The optimum formula of coatings was determined. The results of performance test showed that the coating could resist 700℃,insulation resistnace was more than 500 MΩ,meanwhile the coating had excellent comprehensive properties. The coatings has already serviced on aeroplane parts for more than 10 years,and shows a good effectiveness.
