摘　　要：文章分析了2004-2013年国内基于网络舆情分析的政府决策机制的研究情况,包括：网络舆情的功能、网络舆情的导向、网络舆情的监督、网络舆情对政府决策机制的个案、政府决策机制的建立健全5个方面的内容。指出存在的问题：网络舆情对政府决策机制的影响研究不够深入,网络舆情对政府决策机制的建立健全的实践性与可操作性不强等。提出今后要针对不同地区、时代鲜明的网络舆情事件以及制度建设三方面展开更为深入的研究。This article analyzes the research on domestic government decision-making mechanism based on the analysis of network public opinion during 2004 to 2013,which consists of five aspects,the function of network public opinion,the guide of network public opinion,the supervision of network public opinion,the case of network public opinion on government decision-making mechanism, and the establishment and perfection of government decision-making mechanism. It points out the existing problems such as lack of depth of research on the influence of network public opinion on government decision-making mechanism and lack of practicality and operability of the establishment and perfection of government decision-making mechanism based on network public opinion. At last,it proposes to conduct more in-depth researches on Internet public opinion events,aiming respectively at different regions and distinctive times,as well as on the system construction in the future.
