摘　　要：发展低碳经济、循环经济要求对产品的残余价值进行高效的回收再利用及环保处理,逆向物流是解决这些问题的重要途径。时下我国的逆向物流发展并不成熟,逆向物流的管理模式亟需优化。文中从逆向物流与第四方物流的概念和内涵出发,研究逆向物流的组织模式与优化路径,提出以第四方物流的整合作用为基础的逆向物流管理模式,对该模式的协调运作与风险防范等内容进行了深入探讨,提出当前我国发展以4PL整合为基础的逆向物流的对策和建议。Development of low-carbon economy and circular economy requirementsufficiently recycling the residual value of the products,as well as environmental protection disposal,reverse logistics is an important way to solve these problems. Nowadays the reverse logistics development in our country is still not mature,the reverse logistics management model needs optimization. Fromthe concept and connotation of reverse logistics and fourth party logistics,this paper studies reverse logistics organization model and its optimization path,putforward reverse logistics management mode based on theintegration of fourth party logistics. Contracts coordination and risk prevention and so on has been carried on the deep discussion. At last,put forward somecountermeasures and Suggestions to develop development reverse logistics based on the integration of 4 PL under current circumstances of our country.
