摘　　要：文中从钢贸产业目前面临的调整期困境和转型升级需求出发,分析了传统钢贸物流园区的运营模式及其不足。进而,以"汉口北"钢材交易专业市场为实例进行研究,从服务对象、服务模式、服务平台三个方面提出了升级发展建议,为"汉口北"区域经济实现可持续性突破发展提供理论依据和实践参考。The paper studies the operation mode and disadvantage of traditional steel logistics park based on. the difficulty and upgrade demond of steel industry. Then,take the steel logistics park of ＂North Hankou＂as an example,and bring out suggestion of upgraded and development from three parts which are service objective,service mode,and service platform. The paper provide a a theoretical basis and practical reference for sustainable development of the regional economic.
