摘　　要：绿色物流是在开展物流过程中控制物流对环境造成危害,实现对环境的净化,使物流资源得到充分利用。绿色物流改变原来经济发展与物流、消费生活与物流的单向作用关系,在抑制传统直线型物流对环境造成危害的同时,采取与环境和谐相处的态度和全新理念,去设计和建立一个环型的循环的物流系统,使到达传统物流末端的废旧物质能够回流到正常的物流过程中来。实现该目标的准则是经济、社会和环境等利益的统一。The green logistics is in control in the process of logistics logistics cause harm to the environment,make implementation of environmental purification and make full use of the logistics resources. Green logistics changes the original economic development and logistics,consumer life and the one- way relationship,in the inhibition of the traditional linear logistics cause harm to the environment at the same time,take the attitude of harmony with the environment and new ideas,to design and build a ring cycle logistics system,make the traditional logistics at the end of the waste material can return to normal in the process of logistics. The realization of the goal,the rule is the unity of the economic,social and environmental interests.
