温州-台湾民间交流研究——以《温州会刊》(1985–2012年)为重点考察对象

摘　　要：甲午战争后温台间就有贸易往来;抗战胜利后,温州各类赴台人员不断增多;1958年台北市温州同乡会成立;改革开放后,伴随大陆对台政策变化,台湾解除与大陆隔绝政策,允许人们返回大陆探亲。在此背景下,台北市温州同乡会创办的《温州会刊》,成了两地文化交流的桥梁。《温州会刊》介绍温州名贤掌故、风俗古迹;关注大陆政策现状,了解探亲信息,提供返乡服务;坚持一个中国,反对台独,深入了解温州变化;放眼国际经济、环境变迁,弘扬温州创业精神。温台民间交流,使在台温州人意识到温州是一个拥有深厚文化底蕴的城市,从而增强故乡的荣誉感,并积极准备投身经济建设,为家乡的繁荣和发展作贡献。After the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, began the commercial intercourse between Wenzhou and Taiwan. More and more people from Wenzhou went to Taiwan after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. 1958 witnessed the foundation of Wenzhou Natives Association in Taipei. Since the reform and opening up, along with mainlands’ Taiwan policy changes, The Taiwan authorities have relieved the mainland isolation policy, allowing people back to the mainland to visit their families. Under such background, Wenzhou Periodical run by Taipei Wenzhou Natives Association has become the bridge of cross-strait cultural exchanges. Wenzhou Periodical engages the missions like： introducing Wenzhou anecdotes celebrities and their monuments, customs and historic sites; focusing on the current mainland policy; learning about the information of visiting families; providing back-home services. Meanwhile, the periodical sticts to the principle of One-China policy and fighting against Taiwan Independence; probing into the changes in Wenzhou;looking out to the international economy, environmental variations, carrying forward the Wenzhou entrepreneurship. Through the cross-strait non-governmental exchanges, the Wenzhou people in Taiwan are aware that Wenzhou is a city with profound cultural deposits, hence increase the sense of honour for their hometown, take more active preparations in economic construction and make contributions to the prosperity and development of their hometown.
