摘　　要：农村土地保障功能逐步弱化。重塑农村土地保障功能不仅有助于实现农民增收,也可以充分发挥其作为社会保障的替代作用。政府应在土地制度改革和农业科学化发展方面积极作为。The security function of rural land is gradually weakening. The rural land security function reconstructing can help increase income of the farmers,also can give full play to its role as a substitute for social security. The government should act actively as on the land system reforming and the agricultural scientific development.
