摘 要:目的观察急性主动脉夹层合并急性肺损伤患者血清中细胞因子浓度的变化。方法 2010-07—2013-12间收治急性主动脉夹层患者37例,于入院时采集患者血液,进行血气分析,同时测定血清样本中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a的浓度。随机选择20例体检健康者抽取血液进行对照。结果急性主动脉夹层患者与健康对照组相比,血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-a浓度均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与非肺损伤组比较,肺损伤组细胞因子含量均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-8及TNF-a的急剧增加可成为患者疾病严重很好的示警因子。Objective To identify the the relationship between cytokine changes of acute aortic dissection with acute lung injury. Methods The 37 patients who admitted of acute aortic dissection of Cardiovascular Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University From July 2010 to December 2013. They were divided into the group of with acute lung injury and without acute lung injury according prognosis. The control group was created with 20 healthy people. At the time of admission,IL- 6,IL- 8,TNF- a content in plasma from patients were measured between the groups. Results The concentration of IL- 6、IL- 8 and TNF- a in group without acute lung injury was significantly lower than the group with acute lung injury( P < 0. 05). The concentration of IL- 6、IL- 8 and TNF- a in acute aortic dissection group was significantly higher than the health group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Dramatic increase of IL- 6 、IL- 8 and TNF- a can be factors of poor prognosis in patients of acute aortic dissection.
